Fashionably Building the Kingdom of God
Our Mission is to fashionably build the kingdom of God, while instilling Christian principles. God's Dollhouse hosts seasonal pop up shops, whereby our Dolls partake in the ultimate shopping experience, free of charge. God's Dollhouse’s mentor-mentee program facilitates group and one on one sessions with successful women/mentors based on their goals and aspirations. Our curriculum is innovative and most importantly rooted in Christian values. Through our mentoring program we equip our young ladies with the tools and skills to be successful young adults.
We accomplish our mission by receiving donations of new and lightly worn clothing and accessories from major department stores, donors and monetary donations. Last but certainly not least; our generous volunteers and mentors donated time to help us facilitate and maximize our impact in the community.
What We Teach
We believe that God's word is the foundation and guidebook for living a successful life. God's Dollhouse participants are gifted a custom Be-Dazzled New Living Translation bible, for easy reading. In addition our Dolls are taught:
Our Accomplishments
God's Dollhouse is currently implemented in group homes across the New Orleans area. We have distributed over 50 "Be-Dazzled" bibles to at risk teens.
